Biological
Three Decades of Groove: Where '90s Breakbeats Meet Modern Deep House
Groovy deep tech and tech house
Biological (Angelo Faassen) is a seasoned dance music producer and DJ with nearly 35 years of industry experience. Rooted in the breakbeat and rave culture of the '90s — inspired by icons like The Prodigy — he's carved out a distinctive sound spanning deep house, tech house, and techno.
After establishing himself with releases on respected labels like EC Records, Music Man and Music People, Biological stepped back to work as a certified Apple Logic Pro trainer while developing his interest in education and sounddesign.
Now reinvigorated, he's launched his own imprint, Controversial Music, and is collaborating internationally as Broken Hz with Portugal's Nelson Santos. His philosophy remains constant: music with human feel, untouched by artificial intelligence.
